Instructions for the submission of abstracts and papers
The 10th International Conference on Road and Airfield Pavement Technology (ICPT 2017), 08-10 August 2017, Hong Kong, China
EasyChair, a conference management system, is selected for the management of abstract and paper submissions for this conference. All users are required to create an account with EasyChairfirst. The submission link on the ICPT 2017 website will direct users to the EasyChair website, where you can log in EasyChair or create a user account if you do not have one. The following steps are provided as instructions for the submission of abstracts and full papers on the premise that an EasyChair account has been successfully created.
•How to submit your abstracts:
1.Go to the ICPT 2017 submission page provided by EasyChair through the “Online Paper Submission Platform” button at
2.Click on the “New Submission” link on top of the screen.
3.When the submission form appears, fill in the form with the required information and then upload your abstract:
a.Provision of non-essential details is optional;
b.At least one author and two keywords are required;
c.Upload your abstract in the “Abstract” field of the “Upload” box (the file must be in PDF or MS Word format).
4.Click on “Submit” button.
5.Submitted files can be modified later by the author(s). You can find your files by logging in the system and clicking on “Submission #” (# is a number generated by the system) or “My submissions”>“Submission #” (if you have multiple submissions). The menu on the right will assist you with submission modifications.
•How to submit your full papers:
1.Go to the ICPT 2017 submission page provided by EasyChair through the “Online Paper Submission Platform” button at
2.Click on “Submission #” (# is a number generated by the system) or “My submissions”->“Submission #”” (if you have multiple submissions) on top of the screen.
3.Click on “Add or update files” at the top right corner to upload your full paper.
4.Upload your editable full paper through the “Full Paper” field of the submission form (the file must be in MS Word format).
5.Upload the copyright transfer agreement of your submitted paper in the “Copyright Transfer Agreement” field of the submission form (the file must be in PDF format).
6.Click on the “Submit” button.
7.Submitted files can be modified later by the author(s). You can find your files by logging in the system and clicking on “Submission #” (# is a number generated by the system) or “My submissions”>“Submission #” (if you have multiple submissions). The menu on the right will assist you with submission modifications.
•For those who requested to submit full paper directly:
1.Go to the ICPT 2017 submission page provided by EasyChair through the “Online Paper Submission Platform” button at
2.Click on the “New Submission” link on top of the screen.
3.When the submission form appears, fill in the form with the required information and then upload your full paper:
a.Provision of non-essential details is optional;
b.At least one author and two keywords are required;
c.Skip the “Abstract” field and upload your full paper through the “Full Paper” field of the submission form (the file must be in MS Word format).
4.Upload the copyright transfer agreement of your submitted paper in the “Copyright Transfer Agreement” field of the submission form (the file must be in PDF format).
5.Click on the “Submit” button.
6.Submitted files can be modified later by the author(s).
