Instructions for Abstract Submission:

Language: English is the official language of the Congress and the abstract must be submitted in English.

Format: MS Word or Text file should be e-mailed to . Please ensure there are no garbled characters before sending the form.

Style: The font and type size required are Times New Roman size 11. Single spacing should be used throughout, except between title and author, author and the abstract body, which require double spacing. The text body must be 250 words or less.

If it is not possible to provide an electronic signature on your abstract, we require the Abstract Submission Form be signed and faxed to the Secretariat, in addition to being emailed. Please fax to: Fax: +81-75-744-0007.
