Instructions for Booking Online Reservations

For Reservations Made over the Telephone
Please call the toll free reservations number; 888-388-8484 any time between 7am and 11pm seven days a week. In order to get the special $149.00 rate the caller must give the reservations agent the Group ID Number: 31723 or ask for the 10th International Symposium on Aeromonas and Plesiomonas.
For Reservations Made Online
1-Go to the Moody Gardens Hotel website:
2-Just below the flashing banner is a box that says Reservations. Type in the check-in date and fill in the number of Adults and Nights in the boxes below. Then click the Submit box.
3-The next page that comes up is the Main Reservations Screen. Just above the calendar boxes are some navigation tabs. Go to the Group tab and click the tab.
4-The next page that comes up is the Group Member Log in page. In the Group ID box type in 31723 and in the Password box type in 37006087. There is a box for Group Contact Password (optional). Ignore this box and leave it blank. Then click the lower box that says Log in.
5-You are now on a page that is titled 10th International Symposium on Aeromonas and Plesiomonas. On the left side of this page are some click options. Click Make Reservation.
6-There will be a Message from the Webpagebox that pops up that says: “The back button will only show your correct selections.Please make all changes by making the selections on the page.” Please ignore this box and click OK to get to the main reservations page again.
7-You will go back to the calendar page. Verify the correct check-in and check-out dates and click the Check Availabilitybox.
8-You will go to a page that has the room type options. The rooms have either one king bed or two queen beds. The rooms are segmented by views, pyramid views, island views and bay views. Go to the room type you would like and click the Selectbox on the left side of that room type. It will take you to the Information entry page.
9-You are now taken to the information entry page. On the left side is a summary of your reservation. Check the dates again and room type. If they are correct, fill in all the required fields and click Make Reservations. You will be taken to the confirmation page where the summary of the reservations is listed along with the confirmation number. Print this page and keep as your confirmation.
