This Contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older, and who reside within the participating Station’s Total Market Area (TMA) (as determined by the Station or otherwise as defined by Nielsen Audio, a radio research firm), all at the time of entry. Commonly, the TMA represents the total overall radio station's comprehensive listening market audience within a geographic area encompassing all industry defined media market areas. If you are not a legal resident of the United States, not located in the participating TMA, or you are not the required age as of time of entry, you are not eligible to participate in this Contest or to win a prize. Company and Contest Entities (both as defined below), individuals from all other radio and television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

Void outside participating Station’s Total Market Area (TMA) and where prohibited or restricted by law. Odds of becoming a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received.

iHeart Media + Entertainment, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, divisions, and individual stations, the Station, iHeartRadio and iHeartMedia (collectively, the “Company”) will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these official Contest rules. “Contest Entities” shall be collectively be referred to herein to mean any party or entity associated in any way with the Contest, including but not limited to Company, Sponsor, individual participating Stations, the Contest’s sponsoring organizations, any third party prize provider(s) and/or prize fulfillment service, and each of the foregoing’s respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and each of their employees, talent, artists, volunteers, agents, shareholders, and contractors.

By participating, each entrant (and if eligible minors, their parents/legal guardians) agrees as follows:

The Company may from time to time conduct promotions concurrently and simultaneously on several participating radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in various States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time during a promotion as announced on the affected station. Participating stations are listed above. For a list of participating stations and/or a copy of the official Contest rules, please visit the office of the Station during normal business hours or send your request by mail as instructed herein.

The Contest is administered by the Company and any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Company.

1.  DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST/PARTICIPATION.

Dates of Contest: Contest will begin on or about June 1, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on or about June 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. PDT (“Contest Period"). The entry period for the contest will begin on or about June 1, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. PDT and ends on or about June 18, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. PDT (“Entry Period”).

All entries must be received no later than the end date/time of the Entry Period to be valid.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, submit an essay of not more than 1000 characters and visit www.KEZ999.com to register for the Contest by submitting the entry form with all required information, (including your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, and/or any other information requested by Company), and any other information requested by the Company to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period. Limit: only one (1) entry per person/email address/household permitted for the entire Contest Period. Entries must contain all information requested and comply with all content submission requirements set forth herein to be valid. Essays may or may not be read on the Station throughout the contest period, in the station’s sole discretion.

o  HOW IT WORKS: Nominate a local father or male legal guardian by submitting the name and information of the eligible Nominee. Beginning on or about June 1, 2015 at 12:00 AM PDT, log onto www.KEZ999.com and follow the contest links to complete the registration form and Nominate one (1) local father or male legal guardian that meets the below mentioned nomination guidelines that you would like to be selected to win the Grand Prize. Deadline for registration is at or about 12:00 p.m. on June 18, 2015. Only ONE nomination entry per person per email address. In the event more than one Nominator nominates the same Nominee, the first nomination entry to be submitted will be deemed the entry for that Nominee. Valid entries must meet the nomination and entry guidelines herein and contain all information requested to be considered valid. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. Entry submissions must be in English. All entries become the property of the Company. The identity of nominees will not be revealed without the Nominees’ expressed consent and must be approved prior to being revealed online or on air.

WHO CAN BE NOMINATED? Any eligible father or male legal guardian who is 18 years or older, (“Nominee”) that currently resides within the participating Station’s Total Market Area (TMA) as determined by the Station or otherwise defined by Arbitron. Commonly the TMA represents the total overall radio station's comprehensive listening market audience within a geographic area encompassing all industry defined media market areas. A nominee may be nominated only once during the Contest Period. If, anytime during the Contest Period (described herein), the Nominee moves outside of the area, then Nominee will no longer be eligible to receive a prize or participate. Nominees must be the parent or legal guardian of a human child; guardians solely of animals, pets, or non-human entities are not eligible.

WHO CAN DO THE NOMINATING? To nominate a father or male legal guardian, you (“Nominator”) must be at least 13 years of age on date of nomination entry. Nominator can only nominate ONE (1) Nominee for the entire duration of the promotion. A “father” or “male legal guardian” includes all male persons ages 18 or older who have parental or legal guardianship rights over one or more human children. NOMINATOR IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A PRIZE. All information submitted in nomination forms will be subject to verification. The Station reserves the right to reject and disqualify any entry discovered to be false or fraudulent, in its sole discretion.

HOW TO NOMINATE: Beginning on or about Monday, June 1, 2015 at 12:00 AM Arizona Time through Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 12:00 PM PDT (“Nomination Period”), Nominators may register a Nominee by logging onto the station’s website at www.KEZ999.com and follow the contest links to complete the on-line registration form. Deadline for registration is at or about 12:00 PM PDT on June 18, 2015. Limit one (1) nomination entry per Nominee per Nominator /email address. In the event more than one Nominator nominates the same Nominee, the first nomination entry to be submitted with the Station will be deemed the entry for that Nominee. Entries are subject to any applicable restrictions or eligibility requirements listed herein. All Entries become the property of Company and will not be receipt acknowledged or returned. Administrator‘s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Sponsor shall have the right to verify all requirements stated herein prior to declaring a winner or awarding a prize. All entries should include a short essay of no more than 1000 characters stating why their Nominee should be selected to win the prize. Essay submissions must be in English and be one paragraph in length. Essays may or may not be read on the Station throughout the contest period, in the station’s sole discretion. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.

Entry Criteria:

·  Entry submission of an essay describing why the father nominated deserves the title of “Do-It-All Dad”.

·  Should be approximately 1000 characters in length and not to exceed 2000 characters in length.

Entries are subject to any applicable restrictions or requirements listed herein. The Company is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, undeliverable, illegible, damaged, stolen, garbled, delayed, misdirected, mutilated, or incomplete entries or communications, regardless of cause. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account, enter the Contest and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of submission or receipt by the Company for online entries. The Company’s computer will be deemed the official time keeping device for the Contest. Entries will be disqualified if found to be incomplete and/or if prohibited multiple entries are determined. Entries in excess of the above stated limit will be declared ineligible. All entries become the property of Company and will not be receipt acknowledged or returned. Company’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

2. CONSUMER CREATED CONTENT REQUIREMENTS.

As used herein, “Content” includes and refers to all information, content, and material submitted by you in connection with the Contest (including, but not limited to [1] your the Entry and all other forms, contracts or releases required to be submitted by you as a Contestant, whether required by Company prior to or after Entry; [2] your name, likeness, image and biographical data as contained in or reflected by the Entry and [3] all photographs, artwork, writings, statements, dramatic materials, ideas, quotations and any other intellectual properties created by you in connection with the Contest, whether submitted to Company or not, including the Entry.

By submitting your Content, you warrant and represent that such Content: (a) is your original work, (b) has not been previously published, (c) has not won previous awards, (d) has not been copied from other, (e) does not infringe upon the rights of any person or entity (including such individual’s and/or entity’s copyrights, trademarks rights, rights of privacy or publicity or any other intellectual property), (f) that you have obtained permission from a person whose name, likeness or name is used in the Content, and (g) and that publication of the Content via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party rights. Any such entrant will indemnify and hold harmless, Released Parties (as defined herein) from any claims to the contrary. Any entrant whose Content includes names or likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the entrant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of persons, buildings, trademarks or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including Company’s use of such Content, in a form satisfactory to Company, upon request, prior to award of prize and/or naming of entrant as a winner. The Content submitted shall be 100% owned and controlled by the entrant. The Content shall be free and clear of any claims by any person whose writings, quotes, or ideas are embodied in the Content, or any person rendering services in connection with the Content. The Content shall not contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license. The Company reserves the right to remove or void any Content that it deems to be in violation of these Official Rules, in its sole and absolute discretion.

By submitting Content you agree that your Content disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, and made without restriction, will not place the Company or Contest Entities under any fiduciary or other obligation, that the Company and Sponsor are free to use and otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your Content, the Company and the Company Entities do not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Company or Company Entities, or developed by their employees, or obtained from sources other than you.
