SAAADMS / Admissions Application / Is used to create, update or view general information about a student’s application to EWU, including application data, contact information, college, degree, program, level and term. This form will show the application status.
SCARRES / Course Registration Restrictions / Use this form to enter and maintain registration restrictions for specific courses. Registration restrictions may be entered on an effective term basis for college, major, class, level, degree, program, and campus
SFAALST / Class Attendance Roster / Displays a class roster of the student’s enrolled in a term and course specified and allows the data to be extracted to Excel. This form does not show student’s on the course waitlist.
SFAREGQ / Registration Query / Registration query-only form that provides an online view of student’s schedule, in addition to related information for the term or date range selected.
SFASRPO / Student Registration Permit-Override / Use this form to assign specific permit-override codes to individual students on a term and course or section basis.
SFASTCA / Student Course Registration Audit / This form shows the results of course requests saved to the database through the Student Course Registration Form (SFAREGS), the Registration Mass Drop Form (SFAMASS), telephone registration processing, and through Web registration. All registration transactions are captured, including fatal errors and overrides.
SGAADVR / Multiple Advisor / This form allows a student to be associated with an unlimited number of advisors for an effective term range. It also allows the user to view a student's existing advisors for an effective term range
SGASTDN / General Student / Maintains current and historical information pertaining to student’s admitted or enrolled at EWU. Information is available when a student has accepted an offer of admission and the acceptance has been entered on SAADCRV or SAAQUIK.
SHACRSE / Course Summary / Provides a list of all courses the student has completed for a specific term or for all terms the student has been enrolled at EWU.
SHADEGR / Degrees and Other Formal Awards / Displays detailed view of degrees, credentials, honors, and awards being sought or awarded to the student. Form also displays all of the student’s course exemptions.
SHATERM / Term Sequence Course Sequence / This form provides information used by advisors to determine the student's progress on a term-by- term basis. This form is query-only, and displays the student's current status and GPA information. Scrolling institutional, transfer, and overall GPA totals are displayed on this form each time the term changes. Institutional and transfer work are displayed separately.
SHATRNS / Transfer Course Information / The purpose of this form is to capture and maintain information relating to transfer work. Information about each transfer institution and attendance period is captured using a two-position short hand notation to identify each entry. The attendance periods entered must pertain to a specific student level (undergraduate, graduate, etc.).
SOAAPPT / Persons Appointments / Contacts / Use this form to add or update appointments and contacts for a person. A person is not required to have a recruiting or an admissions record. An appointment may be scheduled to occur on campus or at a source. Appointments may be scheduled before occurring or recorded after they have occurred
SOAHOLD / Hold Information / Used to place and release holds on a student’s account. Hold information is used in the Registration, Academic History, and Accounts Receivable modules
SOATEST / Test Score Information / Use this form to create and update test score information for an applicant. Test score information can be added or updated automatically via the tape load process or manually.
If a test score is a checklist item on a student's admissions application, the checklist will be automatically updated with the most recent test date information (date taken) from SOATEST.
SPACMNT / Person Comment / This form is used to enter comment information on a person (e.g. comments associated with a hold). Comments may be short or long narrative comments
SPAIDEN / General Person Identification / This form shows biographic and demographic information for student’s (person’s) attending EWU or non-persons associated with the University.
SSARRES / Schedule Restrictions / Use this form to enter and maintain registration restrictions for specific sections of a course.
The section registration restriction information will default from the course level registration restriction information established in the Course Registration Restrictions Form (SCARRES). The default restriction information can be overridden to create section specific restrictions. Only the schedule level restrictions will be checked by the registration module.
SSASECQ / Schedule Section Query Form / Use this form to display all sections currently on the system. The form is run in query-only mode, and no changes can be made to any fields. This is a stand alone query form, which may be accessed from the menu.
SSASECT / Schedule Form / This form is used to create sections for the courses which were created in the Catalog module, according to the definitions and restrictions that were set up there. The Registration module then uses the sections to register students. A course catalog record must exist prior to the creation of sections for that course.
SSATEXT / Section Comment / This form is used to build and maintain the comments and long comments that are associated with a section. Comments entered here appear on the Class Schedule Report (SSRSECT)
