Channel Partner Marketing Manager

StillSecure is seeking a dynamic, energetic and accomplished professional to join its marketing group. This person will lead the marketing effortssupporting StillSecure’s channel sales organizations.This person will manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns and programs designed to drive incremental sales through StillSecure’s network of channel partners. They must be quick on their feet, and be able to demonstrate the confidence needed to present and "sell" ideas and programs to senior level executives.

StillSecure works collaboratively across teams to generate new strategic ideas on a regular basis, and expects everyone on the team to be a full participant in that process.

Experience:

Candidates should have:

  • Experience working in the Security Services, Data Center and Storage, Data Networking, or Telecom Domain is strongly preferred
  • Experience working closely with and 'driving' various internal and Partner based programs focused on but not limited to marketing communications.
  • Experience with channel based on-boarding including the use and execution of marketing deliverables, collateral, web based content and access to web portals, training and sales enablement materials.
  • Must have solid relationship building experience; must be able to build trust with a channel partner network that will provide for future growth and additional sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Must have strong program and initiative measurement and tracking experience: ROI, performance, pre and post initiative comparison, etc.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the development and execution of go-to-market plans by channel partners designed to generate leads and sales
  • Help develop the collateral, training, and tools necessary for the channel sales team and partners to be successful including sales presentations, case studies, white papers, datasheets, events, and webinars
  • Collaborate and develop a partnership with the channel sales and marketing organizations
  • Promote and drive adoption of new service offers
  • Interact with all levels of the organization, including StillSecure senior management, the channel sales team, inside sales team, and channel partners
  • Responsible for agendas, activity reports, and coordination of all necessary materials for tracking and accountability.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for StillSecure.
