ADVERTISING CONTRACT
______(“Advertiser”) does hereby agree to purchase from the North Carolina Paralegal Association, Inc. (“Publisher”) advertising space in the NCPA FORUM publication, on the terms and conditions indicated herein and at the rates listed on the following schedule:

Advertiser hereby contracts for an advertisement at the size and interval selected above.
The first advertisement will be placed in the following issue □spring □summer □winter □autumn ______(year), for a total cost of $______. NCPA FORUM is generally issued on the following schedule: Spring: March 1; Summer: June15; Autumn: September 1; Winter: December 15.
Advertiser agrees that advertisements must be submitted in accordance with printer specifications, which normally requires ads to be submitted in WORD, PDF or XPS format. Ads and payment must be received via email at no later than 45 days prior to the intended publication date as shown above.
Advertiser understands and agrees that Publisher reserves the right to cancel or reject any advertisement or contract, and specifically limits advertisements to services relating to the legal profession. Ads are accepted on a space-available and first-come, first-served basis, and submission of content and payment does not guarantee that the desired space is available. Publisher will inform Advertiser if the desired space is unavailable.
Advertiser further understands and agrees that Publisher disclaims any liability or responsibility for the content or subject matter of advertising appearing in the NCPA FORUM. If any errors appear as a direct result of Publisher’s error, Publisher will not be liable beyond reimbursing to Advertiser the cost of the space contracted by Advertiser, or offering to Publisher an opportunity to reprint in a future issue of the NCPA FORUM¸ at Publisher’s discretion.
Advertiser will receive an electronic notification when each issue of the NCPA FORUM has been published. The NCPA FORUM is published electronically, and no paper issues are mailed to advertisers, unless specifically requested by the Advertiser, at which time one issue will be provided by US Mail.
