As local community owned and operated businesses, Health Centers employ hundreds of thousands of individuals at about 9,000 delivery sites across the nation. Health Centers deliver high quality, cost effective, accessible care while serving as critical economic engines helping to power local economies.

Events recognizing National Health Center Week and recognizing America's HealthCenters - Local Engines for Healthier Communities are being planned throughout the nation.
