·  Drivers showing disregard in the WOTH rural areas
High visibility patrols have been conducted (in order to act as a visual deterrent) and the deployment of the mobile speed sign at strategic places at poignant times of the day.
Police Officers have conducted hand held radar checks and the local community was also been requested to report any perceived incidents of speeding, thereby allowing areas to be identified within the large geographical WOTH NPT rural area.
·  LGV’s contravening the weight limit
This was adopted as a Neighbourhood priority in January 2013.
WOTH NPT still however requests the assistance of the local community to report incidents of Large Good Vehicles (LGV’s) contravening the weight limit in South Witham.
By ascertaining peak offending times, allows for a more targeted approach to a local community problem.
Please report the incident to Lincolnshire Police utilising the 101 telephone number.
