How to get there:

From Brussels International Airport:

Brussels International Airport has direct trains to Brussels central station (gare centrale). The trains run daily from approx. 5:30 to midnight. There are approx. 4 trains per hour. The travel time is between 16-20 minutes.

From Charleroi Airport:

Charleroi Airport is serviced by low-cost airlines, such as Ryanair. Charleroi Airport offers busses (navettes) to train station Brussels Midi (Brussels South). There is a navette every 30 minutes, from 04:00 to 20:45 (during weekends until 20:00). From train station Bruxelles Midi you can take a metro to stop Anneessens.

From the train station to the venue:

Hotel Bedford is located in the city centre of Brussels. It is approximately 400 meters from the Grande Place, 800 meters from train station Brussels Central Station/Bruxelles Centrale and 1500 metres from Bruxelles Midi/Brussels South.

The venue is accessible by public transport. Tram (pre-metro) stops Bourse (500 metres) and Anneessens (400 metres) are close to the venue.

Hotel Bedford has a (paid) private parking. The access to this parking is behind the hotel on rue Van Helmond.

Booking of hotel rooms:

ESPON has not pre-booked a hotel for this event. Please take care of finding your own accommodation in Brussels.

ESPON offers coffee breaks and a lunch during the Info Day, free of charge.
