We’re a digital company, currently operating over 60 locations across Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland and Mediterranean islands; and soon in the UK, The Netherlands, Germany and Croatia. TheOperations Internwill be the direct point of contact for Indie Campers with our clients, providing world-class customer service.

We are hiring for the following countries: Portugal, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Germany, Switzerland

Duration:6-9 months

Main Tasks:

  • Daily tasks include preparing and delivering the Campervans, check-in procedures and performing all the supportive functions to make sure operations run smoothly
  • Direct contact with the clients, providing world-class customer service
  • Receive and deliver the campervans (check-ins and check-outs)
  • All-around Position
  • Different types of responsibilities, from front-desk to housekeeping
  • Unique opportunity to be part of the project in this exciting phase of expansion and internationalization

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and language of the location you're applying for
  • Valid Driver's license and confidence to drive a campervan
  • Relevant studies or experience in Hospitality or customer service position
  • Passionate about traveling and meeting new people
  • Dynamic and proactive approach
  • Ability to focus on customer satisfaction
  • Responsible, organized and capacity for critical reflection
