Our National Scout Shop will be joining us!

The Tulsa Scout Shop, a National Scout Shop, will have a booth set up with a selection of various items for sale.

They will have limited stock on some of the items you see in The Tulsa Scout Shop (including some of the merit badge pamphlets being offered that day; however, Scouts should obtain the merit badge pamphlet prior to attending the fair). So plan on browsing the booth and bringing some money if there are any items you would like to buy or order! They can take orders to ship to you after the event!

Camping Opportunity

We are ensuring that Cherokee Nation Scout Ranch (Camp Fred Darby) will be available for units to camp, and turn their merit badge fair experience into a weekend outing. CNSR is approximately 15 minutes drive from Tahlequah Middle School. If you are interested in camping, please contact our Scout Service Center @ (918) 743-6125. Cabins and traditional campsites are available on a first come first served basis.
