Scope of work

1.Preventive maintenance of machines as per given instructions.

2.Attending calls for breakdown maintenance of machines in labs/Clean room/Chemical labs.

3.To measure current, voltage, power and RPM of motor etc. in the machines.

4.Repairing of electronics cards, replacement of components in the cards, checking, cleaning and taking trials of the cards.

5.Checking and cleaning cooling fans covering electronics panels.

6.Cleaning and checking of machine conveyer.

7.Cleaning and checking machine’s chemical tanks and level & temp sensors fitted in it.

8.Checking the heaters, temperature sensors and related components fitted in the machine control panel.

9.Checking of batteries and replacing it, if required.

10.Testing of electronics components like Diode, Transistors, Thyristors, capacitors, IGBT, resister, etc.

11.Soldering and disordering of electronic components.

12.Taking backups of system software and parameters.

13. Checking & setting servo voltage stabilizers, isolation transformers and other electrical equipment.

14.Checking and cleaning temperature sensors, relays timers, solenoids, motors, drives and other such electronic / electrical components.

15.Checking and cleaning of all motor carbon brushes.

16.Checking and adjusting belt tensions.

17.Checking and adjusting chain tensions.

18.Repairing and replacement of machine lamp and lamp assemblies.

19.Replacement and repairing Display screen, power supply of display screen.

20.Checking of noise level of machine, sometimes it helps us to solve the upcoming problem in the machine.

21.Checking of spindle run-out, temp. rise.

22.Checking of chiller unit.

23.Check all the system i.e., Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Vacuum.

24.Checking of light intensity.

25.General cleaning inside the control panel.

26.Cables and its Insulation’s check.

27.Checking of all relays, contactors and switches in the switch cabinet.

28.Power supply (machine) check and adjustments.

29.High voltage power supply (discharge) checks.

30.Check the PLC status and buffer battery.

31.Check the pressure control valve.

32.Check the lines, connections, valves, cylinders.

33.Any other work related to maintenance as per instructions from SAC engineer

34.Vendor must possess sufficient knowledge/experience to carry out during major Breakdown.

35.Check the belt, hoses, screw joints, flanges.

36.Checking the pressing surfaces, sliding rails.

37.Checking and cleaning the exhaust air filters.

38.Checking the Heat Exchanger.

39.Check the solder pot overflow cleanout.

40.Check the lifting system.

41.Lubrication of mechanical gear parts for machine conveyer

42.Checking functioning of all interlocks and resetting, if required.

43.De-energize the system

44.Rinse and scrub the stained areas

45.Checking the plant for external impurities

46.Periodically inspection of moving parts (gears, gear blocks, nozzles etc.)

47.Cleaning the conveyor roller & rods

48.Cleaning Vacuum Glass (Both side of the glass) and Vacuum Frame.

49.Checking of feeding mechanism

50.Cleaning the drill holder

51.Periodically replacement of O-ring

52.Cleaning of pump & rollers

53.Greasing/ oiling of chain for conveyor drive

54.Cleaning of water valves

55.Wipe the exterior surfaces of the cabinet and dry

56.To check operation of micro switch

57.Checking the Spray Nozzles for Proper Orientation

58.Check working of re-circulations

59.Finding Problems related to spindle drive & tool holding mechanism and Optimizing axis and spindle drives.

60.Malfunctioning of Pneumatic / hydraulic system.

61.Error related to machine interlocks.

62.Problems related to encoders.

63.Unusual machine vibration during the operation of the machine.

64.Maintaining maintenance record.
