Listing Presentation Checklist
In your listing presentation binder, you should have the following:
Supplies (You can assemble these beforehand) / What to Insert the Day of Your Presentation1 ½ inch binder (black, white or blue with cover insert and pockets) / Cloud CMA Customized for your property (Do not print the cover Sheet)
Listing Presentation Cover Sheet – customized to you / Property Profile from Title
Avery Ready Index #11075 printed with the table of contents on the cover sheet / If you can’t get the property profile from Title, pull the Realist Tax data and include that print out.
3-4 Business Cards in the front pocket / The RLA Contract all filled out (typed) except for the price. Leave price blank, because even though you should have a price in mind, seeing the house in person could make you change your mind (or they could have a price in mind).
You can fill out the price with them.

1 Home Sellers Guide by the Title Company of your choice
2 printed marketing flyers (choose from Open House, Year in Review, your old mailers). Save open house flyers for listing presentations
KALEO FAQ (4 pages)
