STIPULATED EXPEDITED TRIAL PROCEDURE
All parties agree that the trial of the listed matters will proceed pursuant to the Expedited Trial Procedure set forth below.

The Expedited Trial Procedure rules are as follows:
1. Evidence of the parties will be presented by statements of counsel.
2. The parties will be sworn and advised that they are responsible, under penalty of perjury, for correcting misstatements by counsel and to otherwise insure that their attorney’s presentation of the evidence is truthful, complete and accurate.
3. 4. The Rules of Procedure and Rules of Evidence will apply to the expedited trial unless otherwise agreed by the parties and the Court. All exhibits will be marked and exchanged prior to the beginning of trial. All exhibits shall be deemed admitted into evidence unless objection to admittance is made at the beginning of trial.
5. If at any time the Court believes that the expedited process is inappropriate for the proceeding, the Court may take whatever remedial actions are necessary which may include abandoning the process in favor of a traditional trial to the Court. The expedited process will not be used unless all parties, and the Court, approve of the use of the expedited process in advance.
6. The parties understand and agree that their participation in Expedited Trial Procedure is voluntary and that no one can force a party to agree to this process.
