Once avolunteerhasbeenidentified,he/shegoestotheCenterforStudentswithDisabilitieswebsiteandsignsupthroughtheAccommodationRequestPortal

Notetakersshouldpickup alogsheettofillouteachtimetheytakenotesforthestudent. Attheendofthesemester,thenotetakerturnsthelog formintoCSD. Thefollowingsemester,thenotetakerwillreceivedocumentationofcommunityservicehours. Notetakerswillbenotifiedviaemailwhentheletterisreadyforpick-up.
