WALK DETAILS
  • It saves time if you fill in the back of this form before leaving home, in capital letters please! We’ve had problems reading some. Bring it with you to hand in at the start.
  • You will be given a map, please share it if walking in a group.
  • Led walks: The walks will be signposted and maps given out, but for people preferring to be led, there will be leaders leaving at 10.0am.
  • It will be muddy if it has rained.
  • Most people walk 2 to 2½miles an hour.
  • Dogs are welcome if on leads.
  • Please finish the walk by 5.0pm.

Refreshments: Lunch will be available at Romshed Farm until 4.0pm. Drinks will be provided at the checkpoints. If you plan to come to the lunch and not walk, please ring 01732 463372 so we know numbers.

SEVENOAKS

Sevenoaks is easily reached by car off the A 21 from M25. By rail there are frequent trains from Charing Cross, LondonBridge and Waterloo East. The start of the walk is just under a mile from the station. There is only one bus at 10.0am and taxis are available from the station costing £4.

START

9.0 to 11.0am (not later because signs will have been removed) from Buckhurst Car Park, near the Sevenoaks Leisure Centre. Enter Suffolk Way at the traffic lights. Take first left and proceed straight through the short term car park. Bear right before the Leisure Centre and enter the long term car park. Toilets available.
