Afternoon Pick up Information for class teachers for 2018 students.
Dear Parents/Carers,
To ensure teachers are provided with the correct information for afternoon pick up time from student’s classrooms at Oatley Public School at 3.20pm, we ask that you fill out the information below and return to the school on your child’s the first day of enrolment or returning back to Oatley PS for 2018.
Please provide us with the name of the person(s) that will be picking up your child, their relationship to the child. We also require any other arrangements that have been made such as After School Care centres ie. OOOSH, Mortdale Pole Depot as the bus comes to Oatley PS for pick up or if they are catching the local area bus to home.
Many students may have their older siblings meet them so we ask that that meeting place occurs on the north site where our younger students are dismissed.
If any of the arrangements listed above change, please notify the office 95805519 or provide the classroom teacher with a note stating the change to the routine. If it is not placed in writing or we are not provided with the above information, we will be unable to let that child go home without first making contact with you.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU CONTACT THE SCHOOL IF CHANGES OCCUR andthat it is your responsibility to contact EXTERNAL AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROVIDERS or KIDS ALIVE if your child is absent from school. Also if any mobile contacts & emergency contacts mobile phone numbers change.
This information stays with your child’s class teacher and is also collated as an executive teacher is responsible for all bus students on school dismissal @ 3.20pm.
