Departing for Camp: Wednesday, September 13th at 11:30am
Students should bring suitcases to Ms. Moore’s room as soon as they arrive at school on Wednesday morning. Thomson Middle School will be picking us up at 11:30 at Mossy Creek to travel to Camp John Hope in Fort Valley.
*Students should wear normal school clothes to school Wednesday morning. I will call students to my room around 11:15 and allow them time to go to the restroom to change into their athletic attire. They should change into their clothes for the muddy obstacle course. (Clothes and tennis shoes they don’t mind getting dirty). No white shirts and no flip flops!
We will stop at Chick-fil-A for lunch so students need to bring money for their lunch. All meals AT camp have already been paid for. Students may want to bring spending money if they want to buy snacks at camp. I will bring some snacks and bottle water for the students.
***ALL permission forms must be fully completed or students will not be able to attend camp. This includes the 1 page Multiple Release form and the 3 pageCamp John Hope Permission Form. Make sure forms are complete and given to Ms. Moore before we depart for camp.
