GradConnect opens for online applications.
16 July 2018
GradConnect applications close @ 2 pm Perth Time
LATE APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE CONSIDERED
16 July 2018 – 14 August 2018
First Round selection processes commence. Your application will be sent to your first preference only. Hospitals and health services will review applications and determine if you will be shortlisted. You will be contacted during this time by your first preference health service only if you have been short listed for an interview. Referee checks also occur during this period.
14 August 2018
First Round offers are made directly to successful applicants via GradConnect @ 3pm. You will need to login to your application. If you have been made an offer you will see “offer made”. If you do not see “offer made” you have been unsuccessful .
- Most health services fill their vacancies during first round
- Requests for feedback on applications need to be directed to the site of your first preference
16 August 2018
Successful applicants must accept or decline all offers online by 2pm. If you do not accept or decline your offer by this deadline, your offer will be retracted and offered to someone else.
21 August – 18 September 2018
If your application is unsuccessful after first round it may be sent to your second or third site preference only if vacancies still exist at those sites. Hospitals and health services with existing vacancies will review applications and determine if you will be shortlisted. You will be contacted during this time only if you have been short listed for an interview. Referee checks also occur during this period.
18 September 2018
Mid Round offers are made directly to successful applicants via GradConnect at 3pm. You will need to login to your application. If you have been made an offer you will see “offer made”. If you do not see “offer made” you have been unsuccessful.
20 September 2018
Successful applicants must accept or decline all offers online by 2pm. If you do not accept or decline your offer by this deadline, your offer will be retracted and offered to someone else.
15 October 2018
Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by email that the recruitment pool has closed.
