Knowledge / ·  Customer & membership service environment
·  Maintenance, cleaning and health & safety procedures in a fitness environment
·  Membership Sales
·  Membership retention / ·  First Aid
·  In-depth specialist knowledge and expertise of theories, principles and concepts of all aspects of the fitness industry
·  Operation of leisure management software
·  Principles and theories of marketing
·  Supervision and leadership of staff

Relevant Experience / ·  Providing fitness programmes to meet aims and goals of members
·  2 year’s experience of working in a fitness environment
