Grad Update September 2017

Grad Clothing is available for purchase online from Sept 15-30 at This is the last time grad wear will be available!
Mark youcalendars for the following important grad activities
- Sept.20 – Grad PARENT meeting at 7 in the round room– we would love to see you there
- Agenda – overview of grad requirements, scholarships, application processes, grad activities, and ways parents can get involved. (we need parent volunteers to make these events happen)
- Sept .20 Scholarship Team meeting (parents are ENCOURAGED to attend) following the grad parent meeting.
The first grad event is Grad Cruise taking place Friday, September 22th, 2017 from 3:45-11:30pm. This is a grad only event and it would be wonderful to see as many grads out as possible. Tickets are $90 and will be on sale through our new cash online system until midnight Sept 15. The ticket covers transportation to and from, the cruise, dinner, dessert, beverages, sightseeing, dancing and more. We depart Bateman at 3:45pm sharp and will cruise for 3 hours around Stanley Park, False Creek, and the North Shore Inlet. Grads are reminded that it is chilly on the water and heels are not great on grated stairs, dance floors or a swaying boat. No tickets will be on sale online after the 15th as we are required to have final numbers in. If you missed the deadline please contact Mrs. Plantinga.
There are a number of students who are on Secondary Apprenticeship, Work Experience, UFV courses, etc who are not in attendance during the first semester or second semester please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Plantinga
