Registration Session
* only 1 parent needs to attend
* students welcome to attend / Tues Nov 14, 2017 @ 7:30pm in Church/Hall
Alternate date Mon Nov 27, 2017 @ 6:30pm in the Hall
Please bring:
*Child’s Baptism Certificate and a wallet sized picture (2x3)
*$30 cash/cheque to cover cost of all materials
* completed Census/PIPA and Sponsor Testimonial Forms
Sessions:
(about 1½ hours session + sign in)
* directly connected to each Session

*students to attend all sessions
