Luke has completed the DCMS report due 5/10/06. There was a mistake on national’s part in our education hours that is being fixed. Luke found out at LTC that each day of our educational sessions should be reported separately on DCMS because attendance is different for each day.

Luke has the July meeting agenda pretty final except for some Board members for the panel discussion. He will email draft to board for input. We need to have meal count on the registration form. Sagebrush has been contracted for July.

There will be a conference call of the officers Wednesday, May 24th, 10:30MDST, 9:30 PDST to approve the budget and strategic plan that are due to national on June 1.
Set the newsletter calendar at July board meeting.
Luke will send Sandy the bio of Mark Holan to see if the Office of Rural Health would agree to sponsor.

Idaho Chapter is the lead for Region 10 Conference in 2007-2008. We will need to have a proposal for place by President’s meeting. It was suggested to have it a Couer d’ Alene again. Michele will reserve the Couer d’Alene resort now for early May 2008.
Region 10 meeting 2007 will be held in Santa Fe in May.
Since this is Ron’s last conference call as a Past President, thanks to Ron for the years of leadership.
Conference calls will continue to be on the third Thursday of each month under President, Calvin Carey’s leadership.
