I, Shri Ashis Mukherjee obtained 1st Class MCA Degree during the Year 1992 from the University of North Bengal situated at Siliguri, Dist. Darjeeling, West Bengal after completion of B.SC ( Hons. in Mathematics) from a College under the same university. My date of birth is 26th day of April, 1967 and born at the small District town Coochbehar of the State West Bengal.

I have worked as Faculty Member at the Uptron ACL, and at the LCC.Worked as programmer for a Tea Company Limitedand developed software like Integrated Pay Roll for Tea Garden Workers including ration, Stock Management System and implemented at the Atiabari Tea Garden of Dooars.

The 29th July of 1994, joined at National Informatics Centre, a Premier IT organization of Govt. of India, as a Programmer. Undergone training at the NIC, West Bengal State Centre, Kolkata and at the District NIC Centre of South 24 Pargana(S) , and North 24 Pargana(s) .Tried to understand about how to work with the NICNET, the Nation wide Network of NIC, and about how to develop software projects and implement at the different Government Departments.

It was the 15th September, 1994 undersigned joined as District Informatics Officer of the Malda District of West Bengal with an responsibility of promoting IT culture in the District, to act as an catalyst of District Govt. Departments towards providing the public service by providing a way out of using Information Technology as an facilitator, to play a major roll of studying of working of the different Govt. Departments, development of software, implementation of projects, and maintenance of the projects. Starting from the District level informatics it has now explored further down to the village level informatics. Effort from my part provided towards implementation of various software provided by the NIC,HQ and NIC, WBSU like BHUMI/BHUCHITRA, CORD/e-Nathikaran, Treasury Information System /e-Pradan and e-Bantan, GRIPS, EXPERT, AGMARKNET, CONFONET, COSAetc including the important DISNIC Programme. Undersigned involved directly for developing and implementing various Software projects at various govt. departments like Pension Information System, Public Demand Recovery System, Cash Account of Legal Metrology (CALM), Local Fund Account Information System, Salary Information System, Literacy Information System, Polling Party Formation System, Election Result Information System, Arms License Information System, MPLAD Information System, Route and permit Information System, HSAIS for District Health Samity. I took part for implementing the transmission of Election results for Parliament and Assembly election as a project of NIC, HQ, implementation of IDRN Project of the Relief Dept. of West Bengal Govt.. I have conducted the Study for Teachers Pension, Functionaries of the 3 tier Panchayati Raj Institutions PRIs towards E-Governance, and Agriculture Department for State Agri Portal and made SRS as per the direction of the SIO. I have provided Internet Connectivity to the various District and Block Level Officers thru LAN and Dial-up Telephone Connectivity from the NIC District Centre. It is my initiative to develop and launch the Official Web site of the Malda District with plethora of information and of course with Citizen Service through the WEB. The projects on Malnutrition Monitoring System using ICT with Mobile APPs for photo upload has been developed, and implemented at the District of Malda to combat the malnutrition problem of ICDS enrolled children with the active supervision and guidance of the District Magistrate, Malda . The SMS information system, PVR information system also developed and implemented by the undersigned. A Mobile and ICT based public grievance monitoring system called SAMADHAN has also been developed and implemented in association with the UNICEF and District administration. Web based File and letter tracking system at the Malda Collectorate. VAHAN, and SARATHI successfully implemented at Malda RTA and Chanchal RTA. RSBY data as per RSBY format has been devised from the RHS data towards successful implementation of RSBY at Malda. Different Online recruitment system has also been implemented at this district. Took part at different training programme at the NIC, WBSU, and at the NIC, HQ, Microsoft ,Kolkata like Oracle, Linux, Microsoft Softwares like Win-2000, Bhasa and Share Portal, Novel Netwrare etc. along with the Project based training like MEDLAR, TREASURY etc. and QMS towards implementation of QMS at the District. Action taken for implementing the Quality Policy of NIC at the District NIC Centre of Malda following the ISO guidelines of NIC and prepared/preparing various quality documents like SRS, UM, SDD, PMP, TP etc. for various projects of NIC, Malda. Undersigned has beenhonored by the District Administration to take part as specialist for various recruitment processes and provide IT training to the RTC training Centre and provided training at RTC, and also organizing such training at NIC, Malda regularly.

During this period undersigned have been promoted from Programmer to SA, SA to SSA, SSA to PSA, and finally PSA to Technical Director (Scientist-E) in the year of June’2010.
