Hi Year 12

I received this email today about a free webinar tonight at 8pm. Details are below.

Mrs Barrett.

My name is Shane Hardcastle, Director ofInspiration Education. We are a group of over 60 highly experienced HSC teachers/markers who work with the leading universities to run a range of live events for HSC students.

Since 2003 we have assisted over30,000 studentsfrom Sydney, Illawarra and the Hunter improve their marks by giving them access to the most experienced and qualified teachers within the 20 subjects we offer.

However, apart from live streaming these events in 2017, we have not been able to offer any assistance to regional students until now.

As Careers Advisor, we wanted to share with you a new HSC platform that allows your students the same opportunities as metropolitan students, as well as an opportunity for you or your students to participate in afree Webinar tonight (Thursday 15th March 8pm).

HSC Study Platform -HSC4ME

In early February this year, we launched a new online learning platform specifically for HSC students.It was created by a team of highly experienced teachers to give students an all-in-one platform where they could revise, study, practice and consolidate their skills and knowledge with each subject area.

This is particularly relevant for HSC students who are about to begin their Half-Yearly Exams.

There are now over 2,100 students already using these resources. We also have over 40 schools who have recently requested a trial for this program.

The first eleven subjects now available include:

  • English- AOS: Discovery & Advanced English
  • Mathematics General & Mathematics (2 Unit)
  • Science-Biology, Chemistry & Physics
  • HSIE- Business Studies, Economics & Legal Studies
  • PDHPE- PDHPE

For each subject, here is a sample of the materials available:

  • Over 300 practice multiple choice questions (some subjects with more) allowing for immediate feedback.
  • Over 200 short answer and extended response questions (suggested answers included);
  • Exemplar study notes and short videos split into sub-topics - written and presented by our expert HSC teachers;
  • Interactive learning tasks, challenges and quests to complete weekly;
  • Syllabus quizzes and other learning games specific to each core and option topics;
  • Timed & mock exams where students can practice in exam conditions;
  • Interactive webinars conducted every 4 weeks by leading HSC teachers;
  • Forums and an opportunity to engage in collaborative learning with other like-minded students;
  • New resources updated monthly (including a free app for both ios and android);

This platform is designed to support (not replace) the learning that takes place in the classroom.

Students can access these materials on any device; anywhere, anytime.

We would like to offer you a chance to trial this platform to see if it's something that you would like your students to access.

You are welcome to view our website at
