I. Information about the procedure to apply for Certificate of Registration for selling of fertilizers.

1. Applicant should login the Raitamitra website and register. He will get User Id and Password through SMS. That credentials will be used for further processes.

2. After registration he/she should enter into website with dealer login, and enter the all mandatory fields which having * red mark . He should mention the particulars and agree to continue. This is alike of Form A1 of FCO.

3. In next page he should add the source form details with validity date and agree to continue.

4. Next page whatever field he entered, for those list of documents to be up loaded by selecting each PDF or JPG form of document, this is last step he should follow.

5. As the dealer enters all the field and upload the documents will be reflected in concerned officers login. He should verify and forwarded to Licencing authority.

6. Licencing authorityagain verify the documents and if thru, he will forward to inspectionfor concerned jurisdiction officer.

7. Then it opens in concerned jurisdiction officer login. He will inspect and upload the details with GPS tagged Photo and update.

8. Then it appears to Licencing authority, after verification he will inform to applicant to pay the fee, this will appear in email, and send SMS also.

9. The applicant should download the e-challan form and pay fee at concerned Bank and upload the duplicate copy in the same login postal.

10. Then it visible to Licencing authority as fee paid, He go for Generate licence. The copy of draft licence will appear to dealers and original copy to Licencing authority. This has to be signed digitally by Licencing authority (Till digital sign it is manually signed).

11.At any point of stage applicant can see the stage at which the application is pending and the any required document need to be submitted.

10 / Declaration of responsible person as per Cl.24 of F.C.O. 1985 & Detailed bio-data of the person (Name, Age, Qualification, Designation, Present & Permanent address, Phone Number-Office& Mobile, Experience etc.,).
11 / For Bio-fertilizers and Organic Fertilizers State Manufacturers
a / Registration certificate from Industries & Commerce Department (SSI Certificate).
b / State manufacturer – Site plan with Production unit detailed address.
c / Declaration of Laboratory facilities and equipments with Chemist details.
d / Recent quality test report from Govt. Institutions/Notified laboratories/any ISO laboratories.
e / Details of packing and marking on the container/bag.
