Despite stringent regulation appraisers continue to develop fraudulent appraisals, putting themselves at risk of sanction, criminal investigation, law suits or even imprisonment. Ignorance is not an acceptable excuse and the Ohio Coalition of Appraisal Professionals now offers a 7 hour seminar to educate ALL real estate professionals on the dangers and liability of fraud.
