This year’s event will commence with dinner on the evening of 19 April followed by an after dinner speaker.

The main Conference will take place throughout the day of April 20 with registration commencing at 8.45, including lunch and ending at 16.00.

Booking terms and conditions

  1. We will confirm your place by email at the event outlined on the booking form once we receive your completed booking form and payment.
  2. For payment made by Cheque or BACS, we will send conformation of the booking and an invoice showing receipt of payment
  3. Booking showing a Purchase Order will be considered as provisional until such times as payment is received. Any provisional bookings where payment has not been received by Tuesday 5 April 2016 will be released.
  4. If you would like to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing. If you cancel your booking at any time up to Tuesday 8 March 2016, we will refund the amount payed less as administration charge of £25 plus VAT at the prevailing rate. If no payment has been made, there will be an administration charge of £25 plus VAT.
  5. If you cancel your booking in writing at any time after Tuesday 8 March 2016, the full fee will be payable and we will not provide a refund. You can transfer your place at the conference to another named individual at no additional cost as long as you inform us of this change in writing by Tuesday 12 April 2016.
  6. Fees are not transferable to other Foundations Events.
  7. Foundations will not be held responsible for cancellation of the event due to force majeure and events outside Foundations control including (but not restricted to): strikes, lock-outs, labour or industrial disputes, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with nay law or governmental order, rule regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood or storm.
