The following request was received by the FOI team on 30 May 2011 timed 08:48 hours and we would appreciate your assistance in providing a response. Please advise if you are aware of any member of staff (other than those listed above) who may have relevant information relating to the request below.

I am writing to you for information regarding the University's Senior Management Group(SMG).

1. Travel costs incurred by the University, both local, domestic and international, broken down per member of the group for the financial year 09/10

[Please provide any spend on travel for SMG member charged through the Departmental Budget.]

2. Additional costs or expenses claimed, broken down per member of the group for the financial year 09/10

[Please provide any expense incurred by SMG member personally and re-imbursed by submitting a Staff Expense Claim to Payroll]

3. Positions of responsibility held by members of the group in other organisations

This note is a formal request that you search your structured databases, catalogues, registration systems, customer service desk systems, email folders and other filing systems, to determine whether any information relating to the above is held and, if so, to supply the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Office with a copy of that information.

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 sets a time limit for the University to complete the processing of a Freedom of Information Request. A reply to the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Office () by 23 June 2011 is therefore requested.
