In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the participant, (and any team member listed) intend to abide by these terms and conditions and all conditions for the event and not to take any legal action against Parklands Albury Wodonga Ltd, or any or all participating Sponsors, Licensees and Landowners as a result of my taking part in the Fishy Trail Run & Half Marathon and associated events on 29th March 2015.
  • I acknowledge the course is a bush track with several kilometres isolated from any assistance.
  • I agree to enter this event in the knowledge that I am on my own and responsible for my own safety.
  • I have trained sufficiently to participate and agree to abide by the Instructions provided.
  • I understand that photographs of the event will be taken and may be used in local media to report and promote the event.
  • I understand that the event is subject to cancellation due to extreme weather conditions at the discretion of Parklands Albury Wodonga Ltd.
