Dear Resident,
Sub: Swimming Pool Guidelines
We are pleased to announce the Opening of the Swimming Pool in your Community. In the interest of maintaining goodwill and harmony among residents, we request that you abide by the Swimming Pool Etiquette requirements as shown below:
· Swimming Pool Timings are from 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM, Sunday to Saturday
· Usage of the pool is subject to weather, maintenance and/or health & safety concerns
· Running, jumping or pushing is not allowed anywhere within the pool areas.
· Diving or acrobatics are not permitted in or around the pool premises.
· Any activity that prevents peaceful use of the facilities by other residents will not be permitted. This includes any activity that creates excessive noise.
· Any Children below the age of fourteen (14) years must be under adult, parent or guardian supervision at all times. Babies or toddlers with diapers are not allowed in the pool.
· In the interest of hygiene, all persons are required to shower prior to using the pool or Jacuzzi and wear appropriate pool attire.
· Visitors & Personal trainers are not permitted in the Pool.
· The Lifeguard and/or Pool Supervisors are the final authority with regards to swimming pool safety. The Lifeguard’s decision is also final and binding on any issues that may be found causing disturbance to other residents.
· Smoking / Shisha, BBQ, drinking and eating in the pool / pool’s premises is strictly prohibited.
· Swimming Pool usage is entirely at individual risk and the Management shall not bear responsibility for any claims whatsoever, arising from use of the same.
