E2E: We will be using E2E for all scheduled games. Instructions will be sent out closer to the start of the season on how to navigate the system and training will be provided.

Scores must be reported within 24 hours so that we can maintain current, accurate standings. Also Note: Referee component will now be added to E2E.

Schedules: We will have your Draft Schedule sent out no later than one month prior to the start of the season for your review. Once received, please review and send in any modifications to the league as soon as possible. Once the schedule has been set, there will be NO changes unless field is closed by City Parks Official, HDSL or Referee. (If you cannot make a game for any particular reason, your team will forfeit the game) Please Note: Ontario Cup will take precedence over regular season games.

As per HDSL Rights and Responsibilities `A game is deemed complete if 10% or less remains un-played` please note: We are looking at changing this to 70 minutes played.

Discipline: Most discipline will be Discipline by Review (DBR) unless match official assault which will be deferred to the HDSA for a disciplinary hearing. Players have the right to request a hearing in writing 72 hours from the date of the game. (Fees apply).

For Protests please follow section 21. Protests and Appeals in the HDSL Rights and Responsibilities.

HDSL will look into who pays the referee fees due to a `No Show` and will share once clarified.

Referees: It was mentioned that the teams would like to see more of a selection of assigned referees (i.e. they don’t want the same referee at the same field every game). This however will depend on the number of qualified referees with correct grading level.

Home Field: Please ensure that you send in your Home Field to the HDSL as soon as possible.

Nights of Play: Please ensure that you send in your requested days/nights of play to the HDSL as soon as possible.

Playoffs: Playoffs will be played (Only if short Schedule) the last two weekends in August.
