5K and One Mile Pumpkin Run

Dear Friends,
The faculty and staff of Huntington Place Elementary, along with our adopter, Northport Chick-fil-A, will be hosting our 5K & One Mile Pumpkin Fun Run on Saturday, October 31, 2015 to raise funds that will go toward additional computers for each classroom and a Elmo projector.
“Huntington Place/ Chick-fil-A Northport Run 5K” is primarily a fundraiser for the kids. We are seeking sponsorships for this event. Corporate sponsorships will be accepted for three different levels:
· A $200.00 Gold sponsorship includes your company name on the back of our race t-shirt, email logo to ; company name on the 5K banner; public recognition at our awards ceremony; Huntington Place Web Site; Huntington Place Facebook and HPES TV News Show. Great promotional opportunity for your company!!!
· We will also have a Silver sponsorship which is $100.00. Your company name will be included on the 5K Run banner and your company will be recognized at the awards ceremony.
· The last corporate level is the Bronze level which is $50.00. Your company will be recognized at the awards ceremony.
If you would like to provide flyers or items from your company for the goody bags, we would be glad for you to do this. The donation is completely tax deductible. Checks should be made out to Huntington Place Elementary. All money donated will go towards meeting the educational needs of our students. The race will be held at Huntington Place Elementary School on Saturday, October 31, at 10:00 a.m.
