DJ to chase the New Lane Barratt development in regards to the affordable housing and any variations to the application with CoYC (which do not appear to have been sent to Huntington Parish Council planning committee)

The Neighbourhood Planning Committee are to meet next week to discuss potential development sites within the parish in light of the CoYC draft Local Plan. There is an open meeting at the Folk Hall to discuss the CoYC draft Local Plan.

8.  To confirm date and time of next meeting.

To be held on Wednesday 27th July 2016 at 7:15pm in Huntington Community Centre, 26 Strensall Road, Huntington, York YO32 9RH (pending the receipt of any planning applications).
