About the BucksCountyHorsePark

The BucksCountyHorsePark, part of the BucksCountyPark system, is a premier year round park, with a focus on equine uses. The Park provides high quality recreational, competitive, and educational events for a variety of disciplines.

Established as a private, non-profit corporation in 1991, the BCHP has grown to a facility in excess of 120 acres with over 25 miles of riding, cross country jumping and carriage driving,– some suitable for use in all weather. The Park hosts activities in all major equestrian disciplines including hunter, dressage, eventing, combined test, western, jumper, and driving shows, and of course, pleasure trail riding. Facilities include two sand/blue stone dressage rings, two fenced all-purpose show rings, and a starter through training level cross-country course, a secretary’s stand, and a 120 seat pavilion/club house.

The goal of the BCHP is to preserve land for equestrian use and, in the process, provide a multi-discipline, all-purpose facility for the average horse owner at a low cost. As a private, non-profit corporation, the BCHP receives little financial support from the state. However, a 501 (c)3 designation allows donations to be tax-deductible. Capital improvements, operations, and maintenance are funded through membership fees, user and activity fees, and donations. Please visit our website for directions and weekly results ~
