HUMAN RELATIONS
Human relationship is a connection between two or more people. We can talk about relations between people, groups of people, organizations and countries. Love, understanding, communication, trust, care, politeness and good behaviour are the most important things in any relationship.
When man and woman like each other and fall in love, they have a loving and sexual relationship. A sexual relationship between two men or two women is called homosexual relationship. However, there are some people who like both sexes, men and women, and we called them bisexuals.
Family relations are parents and children, siblings, cousin and the rest of the family. There are also love and close relationships. It’s common that young siblings fight and argued a lot but there is still love between them.
Friendship as another relation between people and is about a person close to you who you trust, help, share your interests and keep secrets with. You can have many friends but not all of them can be your close ones. Not all people can say that they have a very good or best friend. But if we have a good friendship with somebody it’s good to keep in touch.
Even when we don’t know other people socially, we try to have a polite and friendly relationship anyway. This situation is common for example at work between colleges. There is also a professional relationshipfor example between a doctor and patient, a lawyer and client.Diplomatic relationships exist between organisations and countries. When somebody wants to make a business doesn’t need to have only money but also have a good behaviour so other people can work with him.
It doesn’t matter where we are or with whom we speak we always should be polite and show good behaviour. Social behaviour presents how people should behave. There are some rules of behaviour which everyone should use. For example, greeting and replyingto a greeting is very important. In our country we use a more formal way of greetings compare to the UK and USA. When we don’t know people privately, we say Good morning, Good afternoon or Good evening. In the UK and USAit is normal to say Hello, Hi or Bye to other people. It is also common to call each other by their first name. The polite behaviour also includes holding the door for someone, putting hand over the mouth when coughing or yawing, taking the end place in a queue, etc. It’s very impolite when someone talks with full mouth, keeps hands in the pockets while introducing to somebody, farting or burping in the company of the other.
Human relations are important in everybody’s lives because everyday we live, meet or work with other people which influencesour social and professional lives.
