HSW - ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS – 2016

  1. Read through the CDW Studios information, enrolment & refund policy.Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

To enrol in a workshop you wish to attend please complete and return the below enrolment form.

You can e-mail us at: or 7073 5683 for any questions.

Once you have returned your enrolment form you will be e-mailed an invoice. All workshops need to be paid in full prior or on the day before the workshop commences.

Enrolments are accepted by e-mail only and processed on first come first serve basis.

CDW STUDIOS INFORMATION, ENROLLMENT & REFUND POLICY

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE WORKSHOPS

  • Laptop (optional)
  • Adobe Photoshop (optional)
  • Wacom Tablet (not essential but recommended)
  • Sketchbook and pencils to take notes with

ENROLMENT INFORMATION

Enrolment is based on a first come first serve system. A student is considered enrolled when the full payment & forms are received.

Please note your place will only be reserved once full payment has been received.

COURSE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

CDW Studios reserves the right to cancel any course, limit course size, or substitute instructors for those listed in the schedule should it be necessary.

Minimum student requirement for each 2 day workshop is 15 students enrolled.

Any course cancelled due to minimum student requirement will be announced 3 days prior to the workshop commencing

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be received in writing or via e-mail, and will go in effect on the date received.

1. If a student withdraws up to 7 working days before the start of the course, all fees except $30.00 administration charge will be refunded.

2. If a student withdraws after the commencement of the course all fees are non-refundable.

3. If the course is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, fees will be refunded in full.

4. Course fees must be paid in full before commencement of the course.

ABSENCES

Due to the nature of these courses, it is not possible to make-up missed classes. Since we cannot refund missed classes, we strongly advise students to make it to every session in order to get the most from each course.

BOUNCE CHEQUE POLICY

There is a $35 fee for all cheques that are returned N.S.F. This fee plus the amount of the original cheque must be paid prior commencement of course.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

CDW Studios reserves the right to provide qualified substitute for its scheduled instructors in the event of professional or personal changes in schedule. Any changes made will be notified by e-mail to all students.

MATERIALS POLICY

CDW Studios does not provide any computer or software for students. For the computer required classes, the students are responsible for providing their own computers hardware & software.
