NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of The University of Newcastle ______Club will be held on______(date) at ______(location) starting at ______(time).
Nominations are invited from club members for election to the Club Committee for the next 12 months. Members are reminded that they must be financial to vote or to stand for a committee position. The constitution requires and that not less than 2 members of the Club Committee are students in 2018 and the constitution does not allow External members of NUsport to have a majority on the Committee. Club External members do not have a vote at club general meetings.
Members seeking election to the Club Committee must lodge a fully completed nomination form with the Club Secretary not less than 7 days before the above date of the AGM. Nomination forms can be obtained from the Club Secretary or from NUsport.

The audited financial statement for the club for the financial year ended 31 August 2015is attached / will be sent before the meeting (choose the one that applies). The Club Treasurer will explain the financial position and answer questions from members.
5.0Budget for 2018
The Club Treasurer will present the budget for next year and information about membership fees.
6.0Election of Committee Members
The members of the Club Committee for 2018are to be elected by the Voting Members of the Club from the Members of the Club. The positions are as set out in the Club Constitution. These will be determined in the following order:
1 President 2 Vice-President 3 Secretary 4 Treasurer 5 Up to 3 other general members.
(The Club may allocate specific duties to these general committee members.)
7.0Confirmation of Bank Account Signatories
Bank Account Signatories to be nominated and confirmed (3 club + NUsport ex-officio)
8.0Appointment of Student SSAC Delegate
One of the Students elected to the Committee at Item 6,must be appointed as SSAC Delegate.
