How do new members register?

Note if they have been a member of another club in the past they cannot use JOIN NOW! – they must transfer from the old club.

There are two ways for new members to register:

1)  Preferred – member clicks on JOIN NOW! on the Swimming QLD website (or any associated Region or Club Visage websites) and registers themselves online.

2)  New member account is added by you in ClubLANE.

How do renewing members pay for their renewal?

There are two ways for renewing members to complete their payment:

1)  Preferred – you send a renewal email to all of your members (via ClubLANE) that contains a link members can click on to complete payment online.

2)  Instruct your members to log in to their MyLANE account and pay for their outstanding subscription.

3)  You click on Pay Now in the member’s account to complete payment by credit card.

How do I pay for a member or family by credit card in ClubLANE?

Note: we prefer all payments to be completed by debit / credit card. Manual payments (cheque, cash, EFT) can be processed but will be phased out during the season.

Debit / credit card transactions processed through ClubLANE incur a 4% transaction fee which comprises a debit / credit card fee of 1.5% & a system fee of 2.5%.

Manual membership payments processed through ClubLANE will incur a 5% transaction fee which comprises an administration fee of 2.5% & a system fee of 2.5%.
