Results Analysis Phase…

  1. Click on the Results Analysis Phase within your SLO in MyPGS. (See screenshot below)

  1. Click on your Results Data Sheet (see screenshot below), click “edit”, and enter your student’s culminating assessment data and the date that the assessment was given. Then “Save and Exit” and “Mark Complete”. Note: If you have student who moved out of your class and did not complete the culminating assessment, you will check the box “ineligible due to transfer”. If you have a student in your class who has missed more than 20% of your SLO instruction, you will check the box “ineligible due to attendance less than 80%”. If a student was absent when you administered your culminating assessment, but attendance is at least 80%, the student will need to be given their assessment.

  1. Click on the Results Analysis Reflection (see screenshots below), click edit, and respond to the reflection questions within the narrative boxes. Sample sentences starters are provided below (see screenshots below). When you have completed your reflection, click “Save and Exit”, and you will then clickon the blue “accept” at the bottom of your reflection page, as well as “Mark Complete” at the top of the page.

“To what do you attribute these outcomes, both those reaching and not reaching their targets?”

  • Students who reached their targets did so because ______. (Could be due to targeted instruction, specific instructional strategy, referencing culminating assessment to drive instruction, etc.)
  • Students were unable to reach their target because ______. (Could be due to instruction not aligning to culminating assessment, instructional strategy not supporting learning content, student attendance, etc.)

“Looking back, how would you modify your approach and/or content for this SLO?”

  • Based on my students’ results, I would change ______because ______.
  • Based on my students’ results, I would continue ______because ______.
  1. Finally, once you have the 2 “green checks” within your Results Phase, your administrator can “Acknowledge the Completion” of your SLO (see screenshot below). Once your administrator has acknowledged the completion, you SLO is complete.
