1. If you need to book travel services, please give us the reservation form by fax or email before 15 Mar 2013.
2. Beijing Bao Yuan He Exhibition Service Co Ltd will confirm your booking in time after receiving your travel reservation form. Final tour dates your chosen itinerary will be confirmed by the travel agency with further notice.
3. 5 days’ advance notice is required to cancel a guaranteed booking and 2 days advance notice is required to amend a guaranteed booking. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for guaranteed bookings cancelled within 48 hours. If the guest is “no show" on the tour date, a 100% full cancellation fee will be charged to guest's credit card.
4. The prepayment must be done 5 days prior to the trip date. We accept credit cards and bank t/t.
