Hot Wheels® Collectors Convention Exhibit and Selling Show

The Hot Wheels® Collectors Convention will hold a Hot Wheels® show, open to the public, at the hotel on Sunday, September 29, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Your Convention ticket gives you free early admission at 9:00 a.m. As a convention attendee, you are also entitled to reserve a selling table (or tables) at the show. Only registered attendees are allowed to purchase table space. All helpers must also be registered at the Convention. We will be advertising the show in the local media. If you would like to participate, read the following rules, complete this page, sign and return with payment. For those of you participating in room-to-room buy, sell, trade during the week, this event will bring you a fresh new group of collectors.

Fee per space is $25.00 and includes an 8-foot space and a 6-foot table with tablecloth. Spaces are limited and will be sold on a first-come basis. Fee goes up to $50.00 per space at show.

Table money must be sent with this contract. Make checks out to Collectors Events Unlimited.

RULES:

1.  CA state law requires collection and remittance of CA sales tax. Dealers are responsible for collecting and paying Garden Grove sales tax of 8%.

2.  All personnel working the space must be registered for the Convention. Maximum 2 people per space.

3.  Participants will be able to begin setting up their tables two hours before the start of the event. We will provide special dealer’s badges. Dealers must check in to get their badges before unloading and setting up. Dealers and helpers must wear their badges at all times.

4.  Spaces are non-transferable. Final cancellation is August 23, 2013.

5.  Items must be displayed within your designated area and must be displayed until the end of the show.

6.  All sales items must be Hot Wheels® branded product produced by Mattel or by official licensees.

7.  All boxes must be out of sight under the tables or in back of your booth. Any display that violates fire codes will not be permitted.

8.  Security will be provided but without liability and/or responsibility to Collectors Events Unlimited for any damage or loss of merchandise or property.

9.  Smoking will not be permitted at the Hot Wheels® Show.

10.  No items allowed in aisles.

11.  Bringing your own tables is NOT ALLOWED. If you need more room you must purchase another space.

Cancellation fee is $20.00 Final Cancellation date is August 23, 2013
