Facility:25 yd., 6 lanes, backstroke flags, non-turbulent lane dividers. Starting depth 5.5 ft. with turn side depth of 3.5 ft. Starting block height 30 inches. Colorado timing system with touch pads will be used, back up of 2 watches per lane will be available. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C(4)

Rules and Eligibility: USA-S and WI Swimming LSC Rules and Regulations
Prevail. All swimmers must be USA-S registered with
Wisconsin Swimming. In granting this sanction it is
Understood and agreed that USA swimming and
Wisconsin Swimming, Inc. shall be free from any
Liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of
Injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event.
USA-S deck registrations will not be accepted. Any
Swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a
USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Entry Fees:$3.00 per Swimmer splash fee
$4.00 per Individual event fee
$12.00 per Relay fee
Entry Limit:Swimmers may compete in a maximum of 4 individual
Events per day PLUS relays. Swimmer’s age as of
December 2nd, 2017 will determine age group
Entry Deadline:All Entry forms, waivers, and checks must be received by
Tuesday November 24, 2017. Checks should be made

Positive check in will be required for the 500 free and
400 IM no later than 30 minutes before the start of the Sunday morning session. Heats will be seeded fastest to
Slowest times. There will be a short in water break before the 500 free.Swimmers will need to provide a counter andtimers.
Warm – ups: First 20 minutes: Circle Swim Lane 1-6
Next 20 minutes: Sprints Lanes 3,4

Final 20 minutes: Sprints Lanes 2,3,4,5

Any monies due will need to be paid at that time.
Awards:Individual awards for 1st – 12th place
Relay awards for 1st – 5th place

Final results:Final results will be posted on Wisconsin Swimming
Website. Additionally, each team will be emailed an electronic copy.
Admission:$4.00 for ages 8 and older.

Seating:Due to crowding in the pool area, we request that all
Swimmers refrain from sitting in the spectator bleacher
Area. Blankets and towels will also not be allowed for
For saving seats.
Concessions:Food will be available for purchase in the high school
Commons. There is no food allowed on the pool deck.
Conduct:All coaches are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and must see that their club has proper supervision at all times. Meet Marshals with the concurrence of the Meet Director or Meet Referee have the authority to remove any swimmer and/or spectator from the meet for any violation such as
Improper behavior, damage to property, etc. No smoking on the premises. In accordance with the Federal Video Voyeurism Prevention Act of 2004 – the use of audio or visual recording devices, including cell phones and mp3 players, is prohibited in the locker rooms, rest rooms or changing areas. Teams, swimmers, and spectators should pick up and properly dispose of garbage. Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is prohibited.
Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials, and/or spectators are present. Exceptions may be granted with prior written approval by the Program Operations Vice Chair.
