Health, Safety and Welfare
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. Horses and ponies must not be tied up to horseboxes and left unattended. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
Legal Liability
Neither the organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any claim in respect of damage to, or loss of property, accidents or injury to any competitors, spectators or any person, animals or property, howsoever caused, in connection with or arising directly or indirectly from this event.

THE FIRST COMPETITOR IN THE 12 & UNDER COMPETITION MUST BE IN THE ARENA FOR 8.30AM SHARP
All other times are approximate and will be adhered to as closely as possible.
Please note that it is the responsibility of each competitor to present themselves to Tack and Turn out inspection approximately 30 minutes before competing. No competitor will be allowed to jump without first presenting to Tack and Turn out.
RANDOM PASSPORT CHECKS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AND THERE WILL BE A COMPULSORY CHECK FOR ALL THOSE QUALIFYING FOR THE FINALS IN ENGLAND.
