JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education / Qualification Entry Level Required: / Matric with Math or Accounting; with successfully completed commerce courses such as Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
Previous Work Experience Required: / Sales Experience in the earthmoving industry or automotive industry.
Experience with dealing with Cross Boarder companies.
Skills and Knowledge Required: / Computer skills; Strong communication skills;
Product knowledge (overall and specific commodities)
Must know and understand the industry.

Sales Activities

  • -Monitor the sales reports and activities on a daily basis.
  • –Submit Monthly Sales Reports to Head Office Sales Manager
  • -Assist with quotes for Top Customers or on special deals when we need to negotiate to ensure we receive the order.
  • -Maintain/Increase Target Margin Percentage.
  • -Communicate with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and service.

Maintain Clear Communication between Teams

  • -Clear Communication will ensure consistency at the company.

Build Relationships with Customers as well as Suppliers

  • -Sales are based on Relationship building. Ensure that good relationships are build with Customers and Suppliers.
  • -Building Relationships will guarantee better profit for the company.
  • Senior decision-makers at customers to be dealt with and updated.

Data Integrity

  • -Ensure all Customers related data is correct on TMS.
