Annual General Meeting

Meeting commenced at 7:45pm.

No item for discussion in A.O.B. was received.

1.  Chairman welcomed members attending the AGM and confirmed quorum and declared meeting to convene.

2.  Minutes of last Annual General Meeting (held on 26th June, 2007) and Extraordinary General Meeting (held on 15th May 2008) were distributed to members. It was proposed to pass and adopt the Minutes as true and correct.

3.  The report of the president and convenors (League, Development, Umpire and Coaching) were read out respectively. It was mentioned that a detail copy of each report is available in HKNA office.

4. The Audited Financial Statements of the year ended 31st March 2008 was clarified and adopted.

5.  Election of 2008/2009 HKNA Council Members

The nomination list of Executive Council members was proposed to be elected.

7.  The chairman recommended to re-appoint Bright Union CPA Limited, who retired and offered for re-appointment as the Association’s auditor for fiscal year 2008/09.

8.  Since no item was raised for discussion as any other business, the meeting was adjourned at 9pm.
