VOTING AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Would all members please note the following procedure applies to voting at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 April 2015
1.Only persons who were financial members of the Club for three (3) months prior to the
end of the preceding financial year, 31 December 2010 AND have renewed their membership for 2014 by 31 January 2014, are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
2.Any member who is entitled, as outlined above, to vote at the Annual General Meeting
but unable to attend may apply for a postal vote. Application for a postal vote must be in writing and lodged with Dr G Robinson, Secretary, 18 Koala Court, Nyora 3987by 8.00 p.m. Thursday, 29 March, 2015, fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting. Completed ballot papers are to be returned to the Returning Officer; Ms Jan Robinson, 45 Oakhill Road West, Pearcedale, 3912prior to the Annual General Meeting in envelopes CLEARLY ENDORSED “BALLOT PAPER”.

Nominations are hereby called for the undermentioned positions for the year 2015. Completed nomination forms are required to be lodged and in the physical possession of the Returning Officer, Ms Jan Robinson, 45 Oakhill Road West, 3912 by 8.00 p.m. on 2 April 2015.
Separate forms must be used for each office and each nomination. Only persons who were financial members of the Club for the three (3) months prior to the end of the precedingfinancial year, 31 December 2014 AND have renewed their membership for 2015 by 31 January 2015, are eligible to nominate a member or be nominated. The nominee’s Victorian Canine Association Inc. membership number must be shown on the nomination form as proof of membership, otherwise the nomination cannot be accepted.
