HomeXpress Mortgage Corp. is a new face in the wholesale Non-QM mortgage market. The company was founded by a group of mortgage professionals who have a long history of providing flexible solutions to borrowers who fit outside of the Prime/Qualified Mortgage space all while providing the best service levels to our broker partners in the industry.

Qualifications:

·  1-3 years of experience of data entry related to mortgage lending

·  Have a solid working knowledge of new CFPB TRID Regulatory guidelines, loan disclosures along with fee tolerances

·  mailbox rules and electronic delivery of loan disclosures

·  Above Average computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

·  Calyx Point, DataTrac, ProLender experience preferred

·  Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

·  Ability to multitask

·  Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines

·  High School diploma or equivalent

Basic Responsibilities:

·  Validate fees disclosed on Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure and/or Fees Worksheet. Send initial disclosure set to the borrower to ensure compliance with 3 day requirements.

·  Responsible for the entire setup of the loan file to include RESPA disclosures and forwarding it for review.

·  Responsible for re-disclosing when the loan has a qualifying change of circumstance.

·  Prepares and sends 3-day initial disclosures (i.e. Loan Estimate, Service provider List. Etc.…) on wholesale loans.

·  Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy and Federal and State regulations.

·  Order tax transcripts, VOE’s, property verifications, flood certs and NMLS verifications.

·  Ensure that the file passes all compliance before it’s submitted to Underwriting.

·  Work directly with Mortgage Brokers addressing any missing items or concerns.

·  Review received information for accuracy and completeness

·  Review loan documentation to ensure TRID disclosure triggers are enabled and expedite loan files through the process ensuring compliance

·  Audit existing documents and information for accuracy and completeness

·  Research and record customer information including verification of employment, income, residence, and status

·  Compile and accurately input information across multiple platforms

·  Develop working knowledge of federal and multi-state laws and agency disclosure guidelines affecting residential mortgage origination: TRID, ECOA/REG B, FACTA, FCRA, MDIA, BSA/AML, HMDA
