We’re celebrating! Please join us on September 26th for the grand opening of the Coady International Centre. We are opening our doors and inviting our many leaders, friends and supporters from around the world to come see our new home.

Throughout the afternoon, we will present unique and meaningful opportunities for guests to experience the Coady International Institute and make this celebration a memorable event.

Where: The Coady International Centre

What: 1:30 p.m.: Ribbon cutting and presentations

2:00 p.m.:- 4:00 p.m.: Open house and activities

Join us at our Gala dinner and evening on Saturday September 26 to celebrate the opening of our new facility on the StFX campus. Join us in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Coady International Institute. Come hear from inspiring global leaders, taste flavors from around the world and enjoy memorable entertainment.

Special Guests include: The Rt. Hon. Paul Martin, P.C. and The Hon. Frank McKenna, (all his letters). After a day of festivities that will include tours and other events, the Grand Opening will culminate in a special dinner and evening, featuring the Rt. Hon. Paul Martin, P.C. The Coady International Institute has moved to its new facilitiesin the heart of the StFX campus.

Our phone numbers have remained the same, as have our email addresses and our postal address. However, if you are coming to see us in person, please look for us at Aquinas Hall which is now connected to Alumni House. Parking is available at Bloomfield.More about the new Coady International Centre.

(links to an as yet to be updated blurb on the building – I will forward that separately. I have asked Reema to send a few photos of some architectural features she and Lori have taken. They can be posted on the section on the building. Also, Lola did up a map to show the herald where to deliver the paper…. I will ask her to send that. Might be worth posting, although I think there was a typo….I will check and we will recreate as necessary)

Igniting Leadership for 50 years

Established by St.FrancisXavierUniversity in 1959, and names for Rev. Dr. Moses Coady, the Coady International Institute works with innovative people and organizations to create effective, practical and sustainable solutions to reduce global poverty and injustice. Coady accomplishes this through leadership education, (links to education programs) action partnerships(links to “our work” section on web) and research (links to Coady publications).
